The JCP Report

The JCP Report provides parcel specific natural hazard disclosure information necessary to fulfill the requirements of California Civil Code 1103 along with other disclosures necessary for California real estate transactions. The report is in the form of a completed Natural Hazard Disclosure Statement that exempts the agent and their client from the liability for the disclosure accuracy. The report is designed to be informative and concise for easy reading by agents and their clients.

The JCP EnviroCheckTM Report
Provides information on known hazardous substance contaminated sites within 1/2 mile of the subject property The JCP EnviroCheckTM Report addresses leaking underground fuel tanks, landfills and industrial sites, among others. We use only the most up-to-date, OFFICIAL lists of contaminated sites. Each report is backed with $100 million in various levels of liability protection, including Errors and Omissions Insurance. The JCP EnviroCheckTM Report is specifically designed for buyers and sellers in residential property transactions, so the format of the report is easy-to-understand. It is the only report of its kind with a comprehensive explanation section. The report can be signed by both buyer and seller to acknowledge receipt of the information presented. The JCP California ReportTM   The California Report provides just the basics. It's not available in all areas. It includes the Statutory Natural Hazard Form, and Megan's Law Disclosures, and a convenient Seller's "Actual Knowledge" Disclosure Form (for Seller to use in disclosing Military Ordinance, Commercial and Industrial proximity, and Airport Noise/Proximity).
