The JCP Natural Hazard Disclosure ReportThe format of "The JCP Report" conforms to the requirements of the disclosure law, AB 1195 (now California Civil Code 1103), which went into effect on June 1, 1998. The JCP Report is the complete statutory form required by the new law. The form is called the Natural Hazard Disclosure Statement. All the agent has to do is provide it to the buyer, it's that simple! JCP Reports protect the agent and their client from liability for the disclosure information (Cal. Civil Code 1102.4). All JCP Reports are backed by $20 million in Errors and Omissions insurance as well as JCP's quarter century of service to the real estate community.
